About Flying Flowers:

We started out in Jersey – that little island between England and France. In 1981 some clever holidaymakers swapped sending postcards for sending carnations. A burst of beauty by post, they were a great value way to send love to family and friends back home.

It was the start of something special. 30 years on we’ve delivered over 10 million beautiful bunches of all sorts of blooms (although we still have a soft spot for carnations!) and we’re rated excellent on Reviews.io

Website easy to use, but wouldn't get letterbox flowers again, when they arrived they were very droopy and didn't look great, in fact they looked pathetic, took a while for them to try and recover also I was expecting more than 3 chocolates a bit disappointed especially for a Mother's Day present.

Flowers arrived the day after booked and in a limp condition. Not very fresh. This is the first time since I've been using your service I have given a poor review. Also, I thought I ordered a smal box of chocolates not a bar of chocolate. Was not very impressed on this occasion. It was a Birthday present and feel let down by the service and chocolate.

The flowers were for Valentines on the Tuesday they arrived Wednesday, I ordered them on the Sunday Not very good

Disappointed they did not arrive on the correct day. They weren't delivered until about 3.30pm the next day.

Have used Flying Flowers many times before and never been disappointed but this time was a real let down! Packaging was damaged, a number of the flowers were snapped off and the rest were extremely dry although they did show some sign of recovery after 24 hours in water! Maybe it was because I got a vase this time so the box was bigger but it was very battered! Will think twice before using again

I ordered 4 bunches of flowers to four Ladies for delivery on December 22nd. What arrived were 2 bunches to 3 Ladies, and none to another Lady! Consequently I had to sort it out myself, on my 90th Birthday! You were always efficient in the past, what a shame it was such a shambles this time! What a good job the Flowers were lovely.

Flowers were way past their sell by date, however this was dealt with very efficiently and a refund was processed immediately. I have used flying flowers before and not had this issue.

The flowers are not a high quality - half appear dead/droopy. Would have been very very unhappy if I paid full price, but don’t even think they were worth the discounted amount

I've used Flying Flowers many times happily and without incident but after sending a bouquet to my cousin last week was very disappointed when she told me they'd arrived half-dead. She did as advised and placed them in water and trimmed the stems but they only rallied a little. I sent a message to Flying Flowers a few days ago but they haven't bothered to answer me. I'll think twice before I order from them again.

Website status was out of date. Flowers went out for delivery at 8:00am on a Monday but were not delivered until 1:00pm on a Tuesday.

Flowers were delivered in a poor state and second bunch was a little better but again roses very poor I have put on first bunch then second bunch photo of these They were for anniversary for my daughter

Disappointed they did not arrive on the day requested. Main point is that some of the flowers were mouldy - just one type. The rest were fine and look nice. My daughter sent the attached photos. Not your usual standard!
