About Flying Flowers:

We started out in Jersey – that little island between England and France. In 1981 some clever holidaymakers swapped sending postcards for sending carnations. A burst of beauty by post, they were a great value way to send love to family and friends back home.

It was the start of something special. 30 years on we’ve delivered over 10 million beautiful bunches of all sorts of blooms (although we still have a soft spot for carnations!) and we’re rated excellent on Reviews.io

These days we’re focused on doing good wherever we can – whether that’s by making your life easier with fast, free delivery, a 7 day freshness guarantee, and a brilliant customer care team, or by helping the planet by using sustainably sourced flowers and reducing our environmental impact.

Flowers arrived late, dead after a few hours, seed bag was ripped open, flowers were bashed on arrival

Very unhelpful i was ordering flowers for my wife for Valentines day got to the payment screen thought everything was fine then it went back to the home screen so i checked my bank nothing had gone through so i done the order again and paid to then see i was actually charged twice so i emailed straight away to explain what had happened to get a response sorry theres nothing they could do as its already gone through to the shop. Shocking so for a bunch of roses for £24 i ended up paying over £50. Very unsatisfied and i wont be a returning customer very very poor customer service guy's i work for the biggest transport company in Britain and deal with customer service delivery every day and i gave that sort of a response 1 i wouldn't be very good at my job 2 our customer would travel with other transport companies removing money from our sales.

Flowers arrived on time, but after 24 hours in water the flowers did not perk up. Disappointing as they were a gift.

I order some flower for 3 days ago for valentine's Day flower.My wife waited all day but didn't receive no delivery. If they couldn't order my flower they should got back to me had plenty time so I'm so angry and upset and disappointed with this company they didn't care what customers or they're feeling so quick to take the money!

Awful. Horrible wrapping and tiny meat bunch of flowers I’ve ever seen for £35! Could of got better at any garage. Absolute joke.

I asked for the flowers to be delivered on a certain date, they arrived late. If you could not honour the date, you should not have accepted the order

Hi Donna, Thank you for your review. As advised on our website, our postal deliveries have a 95% chance of arriving on the date requested or a small chance of being delivered the next working day. If your delivery is date specific and has to be there on a certain day we do have an option of courier delivery at an extra cost of £3.99. Thank you once again for your feedback. Regards Sue

Flowers were not what I ordered and nothing like the pictures I got back in touch with flying flowers and they offered me 25% of my money back I said not good enough so after email or 2 they Finley offered me 75% money back so I’m happy but feel should been full refund as you can see from pictures not the same at all

My order of a Christmas tree to my 90 year old mother in law was not delivered and it was due on the 14th to 16th December. I was with her this weekend and can confirm this. I asked Your customer services what had happened and was told to pursue this with the royal mail. My contract is with you not the royal mail and you should ensure its delivered. I am so disappointed as I use your company a lot and have not had this problem before.
