About Flying Flowers:

We started out in Jersey – that little island between England and France. In 1981 some clever holidaymakers swapped sending postcards for sending carnations. A burst of beauty by post, they were a great value way to send love to family and friends back home.

It was the start of something special. 30 years on we’ve delivered over 10 million beautiful bunches of all sorts of blooms (although we still have a soft spot for carnations!) and we’re rated excellent on Reviews.io

I have had flowers from your selves for many years and with no problem. However, the flowers I sent for my daughter's birthday the past weekend arrived looking very sad and droopy and a great disappointment to us both. This is the first time I have been let down and feel very sad it has happened, especially after recommending your company to many friends and family. Regards Tricia.

I placed 2 orders for Mother’s Day. Neither order arrived on time. My mother in laws arrived one day late and contained dead flowers. My mums still hasn’t arrived 3 days later. I have been told I will be refunded for both but that doesn’t fix the disappointment and upset caused

Flowers were for Mothers Day and were delivered in a completely disheveled state with the box being held together with bits of sellotape after it’s been ripped and damaged. The box was torn and broken and the flower stems broken and squashed. I had to ask for a refund when I saw the state if it. And while I was refunded that isn’t enough! My mum now has no surprise for Mothers Day as a result of sloppy practice with Flying Flowers. I’ve been in touch to ask why Flying Flowers feel that a refund is good practice when a complimentary substitute should be sent out for the recipient in addition to a full refund! No response to this email and overall poor, poor service and even worse quality of products and delivery. Hugely disappointing for my mum!!! I provided photos of the state of the package and contents- waste of money.

I ordered on a Monday for a very special occasion. Despite claims that 9 out of 10 letterbox flowers arrive the next day, if not the second day, a week later nothing! Email assistance very prompt but no tracing undertaken and no result. Terribly disappointing. Apparently refund applied and replacement sent but nothing has arrived.

Tried calling on phone , then tried live chat , waste of time , sent email requesting phone call , then tried to register online , then when registered tried to send 1st bouquet but the recipient address couldn't be found, after almost 1 hour decided to give up . 2 hours later received phone call , lovely lady sorted all problems and 2 bouquets were eventually sent . 24/22023 Personally I won't use again and I won't recommend . I'm 82 , it is just too much hassle. Phone number says number is no longer answered . WHAT ! Why ?

Flowers arrived with some missing which was a great disappointment as they were a gift. Customer service were very good and gave me a full refund.

Unfortunately, the flowers arrived dead and smashed. I am very disappointed with the lack of care for my purchase. I am seriously frustrated with my experience, and I doubt I will ever do business with Flying Flowers again. I will certainly not recommend your service.

Flowers arrived a day late and were very dehydrated and looking very sorry for themselves, the text on the card was also very poor, I will be making a formal complaint.

Brought for my other half and had half of the bunch of flowers then the picture they were all bent as I did have them delivered and some were dead not the best way to spend £46 they are starting to look a bit better as they are blossoming but I still have half the bunch that I should. Wasn’t impressed in all honesty

The lowers I ordered were for Valentines Day. they were a bunch of red Roses. when they arrived they were in a very poor state. at least x2 were dead and completely bent over. the others were terribly shrivelled. we added the packet provided to revive them, and left them a couple of days. it did not work and the bunch was of a very poor quality and nothing like the picture shown in your advertising. overall it was totally disappointing and just not acceptable. I will never use your service angain and would ask that you rmove my details from your records.
