About Flying Flowers:

We started out in Jersey – that little island between England and France. In 1981 some clever holidaymakers swapped sending postcards for sending carnations. A burst of beauty by post, they were a great value way to send love to family and friends back home.

It was the start of something special. 30 years on we’ve delivered over 10 million beautiful bunches of all sorts of blooms (although we still have a soft spot for carnations!) and we’re rated excellent on Reviews.io

These days we’re focused on doing good wherever we can – whether that’s by making your life easier with fast, free delivery, a 7 day freshness guarantee, and a brilliant customer care team, or by helping the planet by using sustainably sourced flowers and reducing our environmental impact.

Wrong colour of flowers sent Then the stems were cut so short the flowers were actually in the water in the vase. .Flying flowers absolutely massacred these flowers - for two bunches - at a Huge cost of £54 Shameful and totally unprofessional. No respect for the flowers or the customer.

Email arrived approximately 8am informing myself the flowers were out for delivery. 8 + hours later the flowers arrived after being in a van all day. On opening the box I found the flowers in a sorry state and still 3 day's later still the same state. In the bin. I received my money back but nothing for the inconvenience especially as the flowers were to my wife for our Ruby anniversary. I'll certainly remember this experience.

Ordered flowers 10 days early for a special anniversary for the 19th June still waiting for a delivery! To day is the 22nd June. So not impressed and want be using this company again . So maybe 1 star

Very disappointed ordered 1 week before delivery required and i know it can be a 2 day window but i think that is poor service.

I ordered my gift for a friend 9th May... It still hasn't been delivered.. Now May 15th. Really upset & disappointed 😪

I have not used Flying Flowers for a few years now. I decided I would place an order for a friend's birthday as had heard quite good reports and there was a bouquet with sunflowers in, which are my friend's favourite flower. I ordered the flowers on a Friday for the following day's delivery, and received a notification of despatch, but there did not seem any way on the website to track the order. I heard nothing from my friend so on the following Tuesday contacted Flying Flowers to check whether a delivery had been made and apparently it had not. I have received an email saying that I have been sent a refund. Sadly that has coloured my view of the reliability of FF and not sure I can trust them again.

Terrible. Customer care is non existent. I ordered some flowers to be delivered on a certain day, 40 minutes after ordering I sent an email requesting that they be delivered on an alternate date as the recipient was going to be away. I was told no as they had already been dispatched??? They did not arrive on the date specified anyway, but 2 days later so £35 wasted. I tried to raise it with the online “help” live chat to be closed down before I had a chance to respond. I will never use this company again.

Many years ago (I guess getting on for 30) when sending flowers was unheard of I saw a tiny advert in the personal sales column of the Yorkshire Evening Post for sending flowers by post. FLYING FLOWERS. I gave it a try (for my mother in law on Mothers' Day} giving her great pleasure - and something to boast about! I must have been one of your first customers.
