About Flowers by Post UK Limited:

Our flower market stall (which is still going strong) was established in 1968 in Jersey’s historic Central Market. The business has steadily evolved and grown over time and we pioneered the concept of sending “flowers by post” enabling visitors to the island to send flowers to their family, friends and neighbours.
With the advent of the internet we created our first website and to service this growing demand relocated the online business to the mainland enabling us to access greater flower supplies and help the logistics’ of floral delivery.
We embrace the different ways our customers wish to purchase and engage with us whether that is online or by using our FREEPHONE 0800 735 1065 telephone number.

unfortunately the flowers look very sad when the box was opened. My mum was delighted with the thought but disappointed with the flowers.

Flowers were fine and just in bud which was good, they arrived a day early and for the money there very few flowers. I also paid extra for a card which was very small and not great quality. All in all I would use again.

As I said in email wasn't happy with freesia and carnation wasn't what I wanted didn't think that those Were worth 28 pounds unlike astromerias and other carnations

The greetings card was absent from the flowers according to the recipient very disappointing, flowers were lovely

If it wasnt because of the circumstances i would not have paid £36.99 for a bunch of flowers, which i would have been able to get for a tenner normally. Very disapointed, emailed you at time but no reply

I ordered over the phone and needed delivery by a specific date. Staff were very helpful and reassuring. The flowers arrived in plenty of time, but very disappointed with the quality. They did not represent the chosen flowers in any way and not value for money. Left disappointed.

Very disappointed, Flowers arrived a day late and were wilting. Have improved slightly now they have been in water for two days.

Royal Mail let you down by returning flowers to PO where they will now die because my mother is elderly and self isolating. Could you use boxes that fit through letter box?

I’ve used Flowers by Post many times before but I was disappointed with this year’s flowers. One of the arrangements was very small for the price (although the flowers themselves were nice) and resembled a bunch you would purchase from a supermarket foyer, rather than a £26 arrangement.

I paid extra for at least a two day delivery I was shocked to hear how late the delivery was I won’t use again if I need a specific date

Not up to the usual standard.When flowers arrived about a third were in full bloom.The delivery was delayed as the full address was not shown on the label--it showed the town but not the village although the full details were showing against the order on you website

Flowers did not get delivered on specified date and I was not informed of any delay without my chasing it up. Not a good service.

Although the flowers were fresh the display was very disappointing especially when there was supposed to come be 40 Percent off. Will not buy from you again M Horry

I made the mistake of writing my delivery name and address in the sender box, and have not heard yet if my order has been delivered to Millport. My name is Joyce Hill of Lincoln who sent the flowers to Betty Richford. Can you tell me if they have been delivered? Thank you.
