About Flowers by Post UK Limited:

Our flower market stall (which is still going strong) was established in 1968 in Jersey’s historic Central Market. The business has steadily evolved and grown over time and we pioneered the concept of sending “flowers by post” enabling visitors to the island to send flowers to their family, friends and neighbours.
With the advent of the internet we created our first website and to service this growing demand relocated the online business to the mainland enabling us to access greater flower supplies and help the logistics’ of floral delivery.
We embrace the different ways our customers wish to purchase and engage with us whether that is online or by using our FREEPHONE 0800 735 1065 telephone number.
We strive to provide our customers with first class product; value for money; simple ordering processes and on time delivery methods using Royal Mail and Yodel Courier services. We match this with exceptional customer service.

first time i`ve used this company, as i particularly wanted freesia's. easy to order and arrived on time and excellent quality. only down point, an email would be nice to say flowers were on way or had been delivered. instead of having to ring recipient to see if they had arrived, and then ruined the surprise. apart from that i would use again.

It’s the first time I have used flowers by post and found the process very easy to order the flowers. The only issue l have is that the flowers arrived two days too early the 19th instead of the 21st..... I suppose it’s better being early than too late.

The flowers arrived within two days but the photo my friend sent of them showed them looking half dead and the wrong colour! They did revive, but I'd ordered the fiery viral colour. You sent purple ones instead.

The recipient was thrilled with the bouquet. It arrived in a cardboard box. On opening some flowers were battered and bruised, but with the magic of some scissor snipping they were able to arrange a beautiful bouquet.

As a customer of many years I have always been delighted with my orders as much as the recipients but sadly one order to Mrs E. Thomas last week did not have pink roses which when placing the order it was suggested to substitute the orange ones. Realize this may have been due to many flower orders for Christmas but would have appreciated some notification.

Flowers are from my 15+ years of experience using Flowers By Post (FBP), always excellent - I've never had any comments regarding delivery or quality. Only "grumble" I would have is that at one time FBP offered for regular users a (was it %5 or 10%?) credit to be used for flowers and when this offer was withdrawn we were advised another offer would be arranged - sad to say I've never seen this "other offer". However the flowers offered are excellent, fresh and delivered promptly.

Flowers were lovely. However, they did take 3 days to arrive by Royal Mail, possibly due to the time of year. Sadly the Royal Mail had also bashed the box around a little bit and smashed one of the gold decorations in the display. Will try a delivery again post Christmas and see how it goes.

These were a present to my daughter in law for an Anniversary present. She said they were beautiful. The reason I put 4 stars, I think company's who deliver flowers should e.mail to the sender informing them, that the flowers have been delivered.

My relative reported that the orchid delivered was lovely and much appreciated. However it was not delivered to their actual door or signed for but left at another door! It was lucky that my relative went for a walk and came across it having already been alerted to the expectation of it being delivered that day!
