“Would use again.......”

“The day started fantastically, we saw a rocket launch and the guide was brilliant and helpful. The boat tour was fun but sadly we didn't see many alligators as it was too warm. One big downside was that we didn't get enough time at the Space Centre. We arrived around 9:30 am and left at 3 pm so we couldn't see everything we wanted to see.”

“Really enjoyed our day, had a fantastic day at the space centre, and then air boat ride to follow. Would have been 5 star but was told we had to leave at 3pm, when it was advertised previously as being a 4pm departure. This meant we didn't have time for the simulators in Gateway, which was extremely disappointing.”

“Everything was perfect from start to finish apart from there was no guide in terms of making a reservation at the theme parks before receiving the tickets. For example, a guide was provided for how to collect your tickets but nothing in terms of reserving your spot at a theme park. Since COVID, it's crucial you reserve a spot otherwise you'll be denied entry. The instructions available gave the impression that you'd have to wait to pick up your tickets before reserving which as you can imagine will be no good once you get to Florida as all of the availability will more than likely be taken. Other than that, perfect service.”

“There is no problem at all in using the vouchers provided by Floridatix. But it needs to issue the entrance tickets in the ticket booth before the entrance. It takes not very long time but it is the best if no change of tickets needed.”

“The website is easy to navigate, it was simple to place an order and tickets arrived promptly. However, I did try to contact the team by telephone during publicised opening hours on more than one occasion, only to receive a message that the office was closed. Subsequently, I have seen that one member of the team is active (and extremely helpful to others) on social media and I may well have been better off trying to contact FloridaTix that way. Ticket prices are competitive and the option to take out cancellation insurance sealed the deal for us, especially with the uncertainty of having to take covid tests the day before departure.”

“We ordered a combination of Disney and Universal tickets from Floridatix. The Disney ones turned up on time, got a bit worried about the Universal tickets as they didn't get sent out on time and had to chase, but they did turn up eventually.”
