“Tickets arrived promptly (after an intervening step of a mere confirmation email) and worked fine, albeit with another intervening step where a cast member had to allocate our ticket to a Disney plastic card after scanning the paper ticket from FloridaTix. This seems more like a step in Disney's process and does not reflect on FloridaTix, but it's something to bear in mind when thinking about arrival times to the parks. All-in-all, an excellent transaction and I would not hesitate to use FloridaTix again if their prices were as competitive in the future.”

“I paid a deposit for an order of attraction tickets in 2019 but because of covid the holiday was cancelled. FloridaTix held my deposit until 2022 when I placed a new order and then applied my original deposit. Once I had paid the full amount I had the tickets delivered in just 3 days.”

“The process of ordering 4 tickets for Universal Florida was simple and they arrived well ahead of time. However on trying to enter the parks we found that the names on the tickets were not the same as those registered with Universal. All 4 names had been mixed up and we spent a while at the gate trying to unpick what had happened before we could be allowed into the park.”

“We had a problem enetering Busch Gardens with the tickets. Called them and it was sorted within minutes. They also called back to ensure the tickets were ok. It was Busch Gdns issue. Would recommend them.”

“Was badly let down unfortunately. I have raised the issues but never heard back. Paid for 3 days of park entry and all day dining at Seaworld parks. Was only able to use 2 of these days after the wrong information was sent to me. Queried the information I'd been given as it didn't tally with any previous attraction tickets I'd bought to be told I was wrong. Turned out I was completely right and it was remedied but only after a wasted 3 hour round trip.”

“Florida Tix we’re excellent however the theme park could not use the QR codes we got in the email and it took a while at the gate to sort out hard tickets. They said they had never had QR codes before. I find this hard to believe. Florida Tix weee really helpful over the phone providing additional booking numbers to guest services.”

“Purchased the 14 day SeaWorld/Aquatica/Busch gardens tickets. One of the only companies that offered online tickets (most were posted out). Did have a slight issue on the first visit as the staff member at SeaWorld said the ticket wasn’t valid but when a supervisor came it was basically because of the way she was trying to do things. Fairly competitive on price. Would use again.”
