“We booked a trip to Miami and when confirming that trip we were put on the wrong trip. I messaged Florida you who blamed the company we confirmed it with. This trip was booked for my daughters birthday! This spoilt her birthday. We incurred extra charges as we had to get a taxi back to our hotel. The aftercare was poor and your company didn’t want to know.”

“Tickets arrived promptly and were really easy to use at the parks (we bought them for the 3 Universal parks and the Space Centre). The presentation of the tickets was a slight let down - they are just on very thin card and in a Floridatix envelope - a plastic wallet or lanyard would have been handy.”

“Use Florida Tix every time I go to Florida, they are safe, reliable and cheap. The tickets, passes etc are always sent out straight away. The website is very easy to use and if you need to speak to them, they are always knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend.”

“Had a problem with on-line payment going through and you contacted me immediately to rectify. Voucher arrived promptly. Exchange of voucher for tickets was easy. Simple and clear instructions in letter about taking photo ID and where to exchange voucher. Will definitely use you again. Thanks.”
