“I have booked many a ticket over the years with Florida tix and they have been amazing. This year we booked to go to Halloween horror nights sadly the hurricane has meant our holiday has been postponed by Virgin and we are unable to attend. Under normal circumstances I understand the tickets are non refundable However, this is completely out of our control so to be told everything will be ok by Sunday (and I am sure it will be) doesn’t help when we have no way of getting there isn’t helpful. A little disappointed to say the least”
