“We crossed checked the deals possible at the gates and elsewhere online extensively and (unless you only plan to visit one park for one day!): 1. They were cheaper than 'on the gate' 2. They are cheaper than elsewhere online - you can't get the Florida resident deals 3. You can't mix and match a better deal than the selections they offered. The tickets came in 24hrs and the team were fun and polite. The cost of the parks in Florida is always going to make you projectile vomit but the FloridaTix team made it easy and fun for us.”

“Your service was good but There could be some improvements made in explaining the details on your tickets. As the two Disney 14 day tickets we received, have a date of 2017 on the back of them , which was rather confusing if you are travelling in 2019 , as one can only assume that they tickets expired in 2017. I had to contact customer support for them to advise that the tickets were actually physically issued in 2017 to floridatix and can be used in 2019 . Saves time if you explain this in your documentation”

“Ordered on-line and bank feed went down when I tried to pay!! Called and helpline sorted straight away, sending tickets to arrive within 2 days. Courier then sent email saying couldn't deliver, 3 hours before he actually tried and left a card? So, went back on-line and rearranged delivery to work address and tickets arrived next day. Apart from the courier, was very impressed with FloridaTix customer service and that we received actual tickets, not vouchers etc.”
