“Ordered tickets for Disneyworld in Orlando and later added tickets for Universal parks, staff were very helpful, tickets were delivered to my inbox with instructions and easy to redeem (Disney via app and Universal at the booth)”

“Only site I could find that allowed us to book everything we wanted. Gave numerous options on dates, but there is alot of information to go through to ensure you have the correct tickets. I looked at a few sites and these were the best price available.”

“The buying experience was totally fine and without any issues, not sure how i feel about their live chat staff emailing me to tell me they didn't like the rating i gave for the conversion we had and telling me to change it (i didn't rate the conversion at all i just clicked off it so it must have gave an automatic rating) i dont really think its appropriate for staff to privately email customers telling them to change their ratings!”

“Penny was abs amazing! We are a family of 13 with ages ranging from 72 down to the youngest at 4 yrs old travelling in Oct ‘26. Penny helped us to find the best tickets to suit the whole family with a generous group discount! Nothing was too much trouble despite us chopping and changing our ideas. We’re now counting down the days! This is the second time we’ve booked with Floridatix (and Penny!) and can highly recommend them.”

“My experience has been good and customer care is very prompt. However due to me querying the £50 cancellation fee on Mickeys Very Merry Christmas Party I was told that they don’t do the fee on special events even tho this was offered to me at checkout. Lots of people may not know this. Luckily for me querying this I was able to get the £50 refund.”
