“The tickets worked, they were emailed thd day after purchase. They were not recognised on disney app, but on website they were validated znd then could link to app and then put in phone wallet. These wouldn't scan on disney scanner so operator created a card which worked every time. So in all were good-just a bit of hassle on first use.”

“Tickets reasonably priced and voucher easily exchanged on the bus for our I-Ride trolley tickets. The trolley’s themselves were a huge disappointment, we waited at stop 6 this afternoon and three trolleys passed us stating they were out of service and we had to get taxis. Would not buy tickets for these again, a total waste of money, however this issue is of no fault of Florida Tix and bears no reflection on them. The tickets purchased with them were good value and it was a seamless process to obtain them.”

“Floridatix are amazing to book with. The staff are friendly, helpful and genuinely interested in the theme park experience. They have helped us greatly this year as we have had to make a few changes to our trip. The payment protection is a great extra too. “We purchased the Disney/Universal Combo tickets from FloridaTix as there were cheaper than purchasing through the official park websites (even though the official sites had offers on) so I was very happy about this. The ticket did ask for park first entry dates to be added during check out, however I went through the process twice and could not see where to enter this information for each of the tickets. But I reached out to customer support afterwards with the information and they updated on our behalf. So far a great experience, assuming receiving the tickets nearer to my departure date will be as smooth and efficient.”

“Had booked tickets for Summer and the price dropped considerably. Phoned to see if I could transfer my deposit as it was nowhere near my holiday . Had to cancel and rebook with a second deposit. I feel the insurance at £50 is overpriced. I can understand if it’s near departure but almost 4 months away. Been more helpful in the past as I’ve used them lots . Just disappointed this time.”
