“Amazing service which was really appreciated! Great deals on tickets purchased, easy to order, great comms and reliable delivery service. Backed up by outstanding aftersales. Once on our flight to Orlando, we realised we had left our park tickets at home. So I bought BA onboard wifi and emailed FloridaTix who were still open, despite it being after 8pm on a Monday evening. Since I was on a flight, I messaged my son who stayed at home and asked him to call FloridaTix to ask them to look out for my email. They assured him they would look into it and respond. Within an hour, I had reassurance from them everything would be sorted by the time I woke up in Orlando on Tuesday morning. True to their word, I am delighted to say it all worked out perfectly. David went above and beyond and I cannot say how pleased I am with FloridaTix. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Thank you David and the rest of the team! Will Kelly”
