“Service calling to book tickets was excellent, very helpful colleague taking my call. However despite ordering tickets on 3rd February, we are still waiting to receive them through the post. Called to chase - week ago and told they were being sent that week but unfortunately 10 days on we are still waiting. Called again and told would be sent by tracked delivery by Thursday so only time will tell. We haven’t recent any communication about out tickets which is a bit concerning given the cost! Aside, would be helpful if the open hours were longer than currently.”

“I looked at Florida Tix for a price for 3 adults and one child for the Combo tickets prior to visiting the local travel agent. The travel company quoted £250 more so I booked with Florida Tix. In addition when booking I also recived an additional offer of 5% off for being a first time user which was a saving of £150. The process for booking was clear to understand and speedy. The Disney E tickets were sent via email a day after booking and the phyical tickets needed for Unversal were delieved by post four days later. I have no hestitation in recomending Florida Tix and will use again in the future.”

“We originally booked our holiday in 2019 for departure in May 2020. Having booked with Thomas Cook. We rebooked our holiday and adjusted our tickets with floridatix without any problems. Then Covid hit. We then asked for a refund from floridatix which was given, again without any problem. (in hind sight, I wish I'd never bothered with the refund.) So after re-rebooking our holiday to Orlando for February 22 and sorting out a different set of tickets for us all, we couldn't go because of Covid. Again Floridatix were great at rearranging our tickets and at minimal cost. I highly recommend floridatix for there flexibility and understanding in uncertain times.”
