“Selecting what I wanted was easy with the help customer services. I was told my order would be processed the next day and would be with me approx 3 days. It never arrived but after my contact was told the courier had no record of where it was so my order would be remaid and resent. This time I got notice from the courier they had received it but then nothing as to when it might arrive with me as you would normally expect. Some days later I found the mats at my back door. No "expect at" notice, No "has been delivered" notice. Great product. Just need better couriers.”

“Excellent service received... 1st delivery was delayed due to flooring UK receiving damaged boxes, but rather than send to me they delayed shipment a couple of days later to ensure I received all flooring in 1 hit... 2nd delivery was with me within 2days from purchase.. brilliant and highly recommended.”

“Great product, great service. The barrier mat I ordered arrived quickly, it was easy to cut to fit and looks very good. I was also pleasantly surprised that there was no postage to pay. Would recommend Flooring UK.”

“I don't usually give reviews but this purchase from Flooring uk really deserves it..ordering from them online was a breeze, the delivery was on time, the delivery driver called me on the arranged day an hour before he was arriving, I got caught in traffic on my way home from work to meet him and asked if he wouldn't mind waiting for me, to which he pleasantly replied "no worries",..i was impressed with that, and when I got home he was there kindly waiting..he swiftly placed the pallet exactly where I wanted it and was such a nice fella...As for the flooring itself I bought the rigid core vinyl click system in burnt hickory and oh my god it is Amazing it is so so easy to lay and looks Stunning.. it's waterproof, strong, and hard-wearing..honestly this product is Fantastic in every way...I'm so impressed and so happy with the flooring and service from Flooring uk...thankyou”
