“They do not state all the information you require when purchasing a floor. They missed out vital temperature specification. The flooring I purchased stated it was ideal for bathrooms and kitchen however, the direct sun in our kitchen makes the luxury vinyl flooring ripple each day. We have no other option but to replace it all!
Contacted the company director who fobbed me off via email. Happy to take a lot of money off me but offer no after sales or resolution.
AVOID and go with a well known high street company or flooring specialist.”
