Very poor communication No call or txt message from driver/seller Delivery left on front drive without NO txt/ call or message from driver. VERY EXPENSIVE purchase to be left on front drive without any form of correspondence

Sample was sent quickly and efficiently but I am disappointed that I cannot get hold of the same flooring I fitted less than 5 years ago.

Good product and ordering was easy Sadly Communication was poor when my item was delivered to the wrong address No one responded to me Just had the product delivered a different day with no explanation The courier wasn’t sympathetic when I contacted them Anyway all is well now the product is in place and I am happy Thank you for the great product.

The laminate flooring was ok at an ok price - but the transaction involved lengthy discussion over delivery - advertised as free across England and "most of Scotland". We live in Dumfries and Galloway - some 30 miles from the border - and assumed, looking at the excluded postcodes which were generally the remote islands, that we would be part of most of Scotland. We weren't and were advised a significant extra charge for delivery - after the order had been accepted. We challenged this and asked for a definition about what "most of Svotland" comprised. This was refused. We then moved the delivery to Carlisle - since the mid 11th century this has been part of England - but this too involved a smaller but still significant surcharge. Only by quoting their banner advertised free delivery verbatim did we get a reluctant agreement to "waive" the charge. I'd check before ordering.

Selecting what I wanted was easy with the help customer services. I was told my order would be processed the next day and would be with me approx 3 days. It never arrived but after my contact was told the courier had no record of where it was so my order would be remaid and resent. This time I got notice from the courier they had received it but then nothing as to when it might arrive with me as you would normally expect. Some days later I found the mats at my back door. No "expect at" notice, No "has been delivered" notice. Great product. Just need better couriers.

Delivery was quick, but the box was damaged. The quality of the rubber backing on the door mat was poor

Generally a good ordering service and quick turnaround, however when five packs were delivered to oup premises they were chucked out on the front lawn by courier, when we our installers opened them at the customers premises there was damaged to two of the packs even though they were in a plastic bubble protector, is was obviousl they had been dropped on the corner as all the contents had damage to the same area of the plank, we have managed to use the planks but we have been lucky in doing so but feel reluctant in buying from your company if these orders are going to arrive damaged.

Although I received a confirmation email for my order, I did not receive a despatch email nor an estimated delivery date notification. The first I was aware of the delivery was 30 minutes before the delivery with a phone call from the driver saying he was 30 minutes away. Luckily I was home or else I probably would have missed it. The boxes themselves arrived in a bit of a sorry state, covered in bird poo and feathers. The price was good and the delivery window turned out to be relatively quick. More communication required for customers.

Delivery and ease of order was good, however the mat just keeps on shedding relentlessly. I am constantly vacuuming and and unblocking the vacuum cleaner.

I like the flooring however you need to stop recommending the company for fitting, awful finish, total lack of attention to detail, very untidy and I'm unhappy with my new floors, which takes away from your product.

Quality of items ordered is good and we are pleased with that. However, delivery by DHL was worse than shambolic- and severely irritating to get emails that we had ‘refused’ to accept delivery, and then that they could not get access. Not only did they fail to deliver (twice) to the safe place, they didn’t leave a card with the code we needed to rearrange the delivery. The delivery came in sections as they lost one half of it. The first half was dumped outside the back door in the pouring rain, despite the fact that we were in the house abs the safe-place specified was the porch at the front. There was a lack of care and communication by DHL - in fact no way of contacting them at all. Stressful for Flooring UK customers and creates the impression of total shambles, which reflects badly on Flooring UK. We were grateful to Flooring UK for finally recognising the shambles (after a few call from us) and arranging a new delivery.
