“Good product and ordering was easy Sadly Communication was poor when my item was delivered to the wrong address No one responded to me Just had the product delivered a different day with no explanation The courier wasn’t sympathetic when I contacted them Anyway all is well now the product is in place and I am happy Thank you for the great product.”

“My free sample arrived within a few days and is just what I wanted. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, my kitchen renovation has been postponed until early next year so I am unable to place my order at present but I will definitely be placing an order.”

“Great Service and Super company to deal with, I ordered LVT flooring last year 2024 and this year again 2025! Kate was so alert that she made me aware that the LVT I had ordered had underlay despite me ordering extra underlay! Quick email response and delivered free with a very good company, also not forgetting the secure damage free packing !! Super service. Thank you FlooringUK”
