“It was torn”

“Thick black gunk in our porch mat! The pics are after I blotted it off wiht kitchen roll but it still stained. Flooring Uk have said it's just naturally part of the coconut husk and that was it. Really unhappy with this.”

“Flooring lovely to look at but poor quality.I had a fitter to put it down for me and he was none to pleased with quality of the boards.Just about every pack had several boards with the corners broken off. Some off the boards he got away with fitting as they wern't as bad as others but there were quite a lot he couldn't use and had to bin.Only needed 5.5sqm for small kitchen area but ordered over 9sqm on the basis that all going well i may be able to do a small bathroom.Unfortunately that didn't happen and we just scraped enough to complete kitchen because of the amount of damaged boards that couldn't be used and were put in bin. Although as i said the only reason i havn't given this product just 1 star is because it does look good when it's down.”

“Not delivered on chosen day - delivered nearly an hour past cut off following day meaning we had someone sat around in our house waiting for 2 days. One of the boxes delivered was also damaged. No issue with the flooring quality but maybe need to think about using a better courier company as seriously let you down and means we would not order from you again or recommend.”
