Have ordered a pack of samples for my little dog - which was easy to do and we are looking forward to receiving them! However, the site is extremely difficult to navigate - can't find the senior dog products easily without having to go to the quick shop page and even then all products are muddled up. Would be much better to list the products by category of dog - ie puppy, adult, working dog, senior, etc! This is listed on the shop dogs pull down button but switches too quickly to the general dog product page before you can choose a category! Hope it can be changed. Thanks

This is the second occasion here my debit card has not been accepted - I don' have a problem with any other company accepting it.

I used to be a very happy customer, However, my last 4 orders had to be telephone orders because my saved card data keeps failing. I've deleted and reentered my card data to no avail. I shouldn't have to call my orders in every time I need to order something. Nothing seems to be done to correct the problem. I've tried 4 different cards and they all get the same result; "FAILED". What is being done to address this problem?

I ordered all of the sample packs for my 5 month old Retriever puppy and he really enjoyed all of the products. None of the samples smelled in the least fishy, except the sea jerky which he also enjoyed. I thought it safe therefore to order 2 x 6Kg bags of the large bite Finest Fish4puppies. When these arrived they were different to the samples, slightly oily and fishy smelling and my dog would not go near them. Even when I mixed them with wet food or chicken he would completely refuse the entire bowl. A waste of £48!

I was very disappointed with my last order. I emailed to advise that if I was not in for DPD to leave over gate or with a neighbour. However, I arrived home to find the parcel on my doorstep! The note left by the driver read" left in porch, my preferred safe place" I have no porch, parcel was on view to anyone passing! I emailed to complain, no response was received!

I have 3 dogs so I order in bulk but last week 8 kilos of Sea Biscuits arrived as 80x110g packets!! The previous 2 kilo boxes were perfect. This is so ridiculously environmentally unfriendly, as well as being difficult to store.

The product small bites fish skins is really good. But when I order on one day and then you send me I formation on special offer on the same product one day after delivery. I do not consider this to be good. Customer care. I also sled to be removed from your web mailer and I told you why and you still send me this. Clearly you do not read adverse comments. Paul Fisher

still not received this item. Usually no problem and dogs love them. Really good product especially for my old girl as gentle on the tum, low fat and (she tells me ) very tasty.

Sorry! The product is a great size, solid (so not messy) and easy weigh out/ pour into bowls without mess - however, my dog won't touch it. I have even tried hiding it in other food but she eats everything else and leaves your food. I even left it as sometimes my cat takes a nibble of anything left in the bowl but it may be that the lumps are too big for her but she didn't try it either, so a thumbs down I'm afraid

Unfortunately my dogs would only eat one of the samples sent which and my cat ate most of it instead. Perhaps these products should be aimed at cats. We

sorry it may just be his palette he hasn't been eating properly as he is teething but he turned his nose up at all of it i tried honest i did i took it over to our other dog in the family and only the fish flake one did he eat...guess our dogs are not into fish but thats for letting us try it

I am really disappointed with the packaging of the fish oil. Firstly, it was really difficult to open and I nicked the bag in the process causing the oil to leak from the box. Then the actual bag had been put in the wrong way around, so I had to cut the seal at the top of the box and turn the whole bag around. When the item you purchase is so expensive you would expect the product packaging to be more robust.

Yes after ordering it I found it was not the same as previous order, I phoned up and was told someone would phone me back. I am still waiting!!!

Ordered some samples a week ago and still not arrived yet. Some reviews stated speedy delivery I fail to yet see that. I am a new customer and would have thought you would have put extra effort delivering my items on time. This is not how to retain customers.

Sorry, but our Jack Russell would not touch the biscuits, he did try the fish treats, but soon gave them up, so overall ,not impressed.

My ordered arrived with my name and address on the outer box but the product and invoice inside was for someone completely different and said the order has been placed in September 2015! Waiting for a response on a resolution

Hi I'm my last order I purchased some of the squid bites for my dogs. I was very disappointed with the tiny portion inside the box very poor value for money won't be purchasing again. The image you show on the website is probably 4 time the portion you actually receive. My dogs love your products and most are value for money but not these very deceiving!
