“With regards to the fish4cats food, my cat really didn't like the anchovy! She loves the tuna flavour but was most disgusted at the addition of the anchovy and she made me understand in no uncertain terms that it was not a good taste for her. Turned her nose up and wouldn't speak to me for the rest of the day! Won't buy this again, but as she loves the other flavours we tried... And failed. Oh well... Needless to say, she would not recommend the tuna with anchovy variety!”

“I’ve had to mark this low, not for the service by fish4dogs but their courier delivery service. Fish4dogs always deal with things promptly, alas they are being let down by the delivery company. My last two orders have been left at my front door advertising the fact no one was home, this is despite the fact that there are clear delivery instructions to leave the order with a neighbour if there’s no one in. Both occasions I had seen my neighbour and she was in both times, the couriers just don’t care and do their own thing. I am looking for another brand of treats for my dogs now, this is after being a regular customer of fish4dogs for a few years.”

“Disappointing service this time, delivery dates delayed as Easter although ordered well before. The delivery date given was for a week away so I had to purchase an alternative to tide me over, this was then a waste of time and money as I was then informed without notice that it was being delivered on the Saturday when no one would be at home so we had to change our plans. Having spent over £100 there were no usual free treats. As this is getting more difficult to purchase now, I am reluctantly considering changing brands so I can purchase nearby easily and not have this hassle.”

“I was disappointed in this delivery, as the package was split open as the tape had not held, all of the biscuits were crushed as they are very delicate, therefore I am only giving 1 star.”

“The products are good but the packaging is far too excessive with large card packets with small quantities of treats in a plastic bag inside and no larger packs available, just multiple small ones!”

“The product is excellent. I'm letting you know that the delivery company did not follow the instructions for leaving the parcel somewhere if we were out. They left it in full view of the street and not concealed under our bikes away from public view as requested. Regards”

“Jerky squares Dogs loved them Only complaint I bought 2 Sample bags at 50p each as I have 2 dogs 1 pack only contained 2 small squares hence 25p each square...extortionate and the second pack 5 squares hence 10p each small square...still too expensive given the tiny size. 1. Why were the contents in each bag different and 2. When you’re sampling a product to buy a substantial quantity why overcharge and short change the prospective customer? Not good business practice surely”

“Usually, I'd praise Fish4dogs, although nothing wrong with the process nor delivery of the product, sadly, neither my Pugs nor my Chow Chows like the Mackeral Morsels (nor the free sample of Sea Wraps). My Pugs do miss the small, square hard-baked fish and potato bakes that are no longer available.”

“I have been a customer of yours for quite some time and I was therefore very annoyed to find out within minutes after placing the order that my wife that morning had received an email which I had not offering 25% off all your products for 3 days, had I received that email I it would have saved me a lot of money”

“I had trouble with the web site when ordering. It kept telling me the email address was already in existence or something like that and wouldn't let me continue. I wanted to re order some fish oil but when that same message came up I gave up and went elsewhere.”
