I’ve had to mark this low, not for the service by fish4dogs but their courier delivery service. Fish4dogs always deal with things promptly, alas they are being let down by the delivery company. My last two orders have been left at my front door advertising the fact no one was home, this is despite the fact that there are clear delivery instructions to leave the order with a neighbour if there’s no one in. Both occasions I had seen my neighbour and she was in both times, the couriers just don’t care and do their own thing. I am looking for another brand of treats for my dogs now, this is after being a regular customer of fish4dogs for a few years.
