“Merlin my 6 yr old Schnauzer has had a lot of difficulty finding a food that suits him. He loves this large bite fish kibble and his symptoms of itchy, flaky skin have disappeared. A very good product”

“My dogs love the salmon mouse, but the only issue I have is that you use DPD and their delivery service is disorganised and extremely poor. Delivery instructions are not followed and this results in having to wait longer than necessary and being messed about which is extremely frustrating. I urge you to change your courier company as it reflects on your company.”

“Usually good, addressed Halifax instead of mid Wales, so no delivery on scheduled day, luckily DPD driver recognised delivery name and parcel size and was able to deliver ,if not usual driver would not have been delivered”

“My dogs absolutely love the sea jerky treats and reason i only given 4 stars and not 5 is because the knots, flats etc are full of crumbs inside which makes such a mess. If those crumbs were clumps my dogs will eat but they walk away leaving all the crumbs. Would buy many more if there is a solution”
