“My Dog did not like them so I add to put them in the bin”

“I found that the salmon cookies didn't work well with our dog who likes to give a treat the minimum number of chews required to swallow it as quickly as possible. The fish squares and the redfish and lavender treats are much better for him as he is forced to chew them for a lot longer before swallowing.”

“Our dog likes the food. Previously everything has been fine with receiving the order but this time it was not delivered when specified. On calling Fish4dogs they apologised and explained why but it was a shame they were not more proactive in letting me know rather than me having to call them to find out why it was not delivered when specified.”

“I have given only 3 stars because first of all we haven’t tried it and secondly I didn’t see anywhere where it stated that this would come in kibble form - maybe my fault. If I could return it I would as my kitten is on raw food but just wanted to try a different brand but not kibble.”

“Excellent products & information when & by whom is delivering your parcel, however I was not around to receive the order, so when I got back home the cardboard box was saturated due to it raining, I had put a safe and dry location for the box to be placed.”

“I have bought 2 sample packs from you for my son-in-law’s Cockapoo who stays with us when he needs a dog sitter. My son-in-law recommended your products. I give them as little treats and she loves them. When I looked at the photo of the sample pack there were 3 new fishy packs which I thought would be lovely different treats to give her. So I was a bit disappointed when the parcel arrived to see that the 3 new packs were not part of the parcel. I would have loved to try the new packs at Christmas when we next have Peggy. Apart from this disappointment I am pleased with fish4dogs prompt delivery and efficient, good service.”

“Most products are excellent - particularly sea jerky, squid bites and calamari rings. But new products now contain rosemary so are unsuitable for our dog who is epileptic.”

“We have been giving this to our German Shepherd for years, the quality has generally always been very good. I have noticed with this batch that the squares are cut bigger and seem a little drier. It may be a one off batch and because i have a big dog she is managing to eat it but with more difficulty. Might be worth sharing with your production team, this is not a complaint, as it may just be a one off.”

“Placed my order online on Thursday then realised I needed my order next day so I rang and was told this was no problem at all. However was very disappointed when my order don’t arrive till Monday. Had to purchase a different brand of food for my dog over the weekend, not ideal!!”

“The dogs love them and they have been very effective teeth cleaners. However, this batch of knots have a large number broken in the bag.”
