“My large dog has been on this food for over 8 years so I order 15kgs at a time. Whilst happy enough with the food, the prices have skyrocketed over the years and the reward system (where you could earn the odd £5 discount here and there is long gone). I really feel there should be some kind of customer loyalty system to encourage people like us to stay as if I wasn’t worried that his tummy would be upset I would change him to another brand. It probably wouldn’t cost you much but would generate goodwill that at the moment, is lacking as I resent every single order I place. I would probably prefer cheaper food and paid for delivery so I could order several large bags at once and save a few pounds each time.”

“Really disappointed that you no longer have fishy bite biscuits! All my dogs adored them. Spoke with a very nice woman who apologised profusely but still gutted.”

“Website is easy to use and my order arrives swiftly and I cannot fault the customer service. However, my dog does not eat the 'free gifts' that are automatically included and there is NO OPTION to delete it from my order. You cannot delete or reduce numbers of item to 'zero'. Each of the last three orders I have needed to contact customer services to ask it be removed. Please sort this out. I don't want it foisted on my next order.”

“My dogs go mad for them. Never had a problem with toddlers before but my last order some of the bags were mainly crumbs and broken toddlers there was few nice square ones.”

“Fish dog food remains excellent but very dissapointed with the move to the cheaper 15kg sack material which is easily torn and rip once opened. We keep our sacks in the garage and need to make sure that the open bag is not vulnerable to rodents. This was easy with the original sacks which were robust and retained the opening without further tears/rips and could easily be secured with a clip. The sacks are as much part of the 'offer' as the food itself. Please think again Fish 4dogs.”

“Sea Jerky Tiddlers used to be really good value and excellent quality. Since you have gone over to 500g bags instead of a 2 kilo box the quality has gone down considerably. There is now a lot of dust and small sharp bits a very few nice square tiddlers like before. AND the price has gone up very considerably. To be honest if they didn't do such a good job cleaning my dogs teeth I would stop buying them. I'm not convinced they are value for money any more.”

“Ordered product ok. Shame about the delivery company, didn't come on the day stated by DPD. When it did arrive it was left against my front door in full view of any one passing. It could quite easy of been stolen if someone could gain access to security door. Also by leaving it there could be an invitation to someone to break in.”

“Fish4dogs was recommended to me by my vet for one of my dogs who needs to lose weight. Unfortunately, she wouldn't eat any of the samples you sent and the odour was very strong. I am going to give them to my neighbors dog and I'm sure they will appreciate them. If my vet says they are good I would not argue with him (Andrew Henfrey of Dragon's Veterinary Practice in Washington) I just have a fussy dog.”

“The problem was that although the product was made off good content my black lab did not enjoy it so I am left with a large bag. A suggestion is that you might at some point make a seal on the bags as once open the contents seem to go stale over time”

“Can't comment on the dog food, but the 2 x Catfood samples I received are being ignored by all 3 of my cats. They still prefer their Hills dry food.”

“samples arrived quickly. my dog enjoyed the dog biscuits but wouldn't touch the fish jerky. And unfortunately only 2 out of my 8 cats would eat the cat food samples.”

“Couldn't find the Sea Wraps so had to use search to find them therefore I would not know they were available without prior knowledge. Also I think I have been charged for the free samples. Difficulty putting this review in as while typing it doesn't show me what I'm putting in???”

“I just request to seek a smaller packing for my items of each boxes, however your staff replied that he can't control the warehouse colleague about that . It really make me surprise about his response.”

“I can't give any opinion on whether my dog likes this food or not as when it arrives I will be in the process of changing from another brand to the Fush4dogs puppy food. But, I have read some very good reports about Fish4dogs so am trying it out.”
