“As a regular customer the quality and delivery is very good. I have however noticed that since you have changed your bulk orders of sea jerky squares (4KG) to individual bags (8) they are not only more expensive for the same quantity, the quantity actually seems less than the previous bulk bag and does not last as long. I'm all for FRESHNESS but they were fresh before and lasted longer.”

The issue was that the recipe had changed, however I was very satisfied with the answers to my questions and concerns, ended up buying 15kg bags at a better rate and free delivery.”

“Although I have placed several orders, twice I have had problems logging on and got my order from eBay in frustration. My recent order I had to contact customer services, who telephoned a couple of days later. I order from eBay, Amazon and numerous other sites all the time and have had no problem with them. Once ordered, the delivery etc is excellent.”

“Been a very happy customer for many years. Excellent product, the sea jerky twists. Please can we have the old packaging back for bulk buys. I keep mine in an air tight box and the chews are eaten before they go off. Twice now I've nearly cut my fingers trying to tear them open, and not very environmentally friendly. Only 4 stars because of the packaging!”
