“Service is predictable and reliable. You get exactly what is ordered in times specified. An area of improvement for us as a personal customer is around the packaging. We buy the mousse sachets which are packed in boxes of 6 X 6 which we feel is unnecessary for a non retail customer - can we not request non prepackaged and save on the cardboard. Offers seem sporadic in that you can offer on bite size kibble, but can't get adult bite on offer. Which can't understand. Other than that :-)”

“I believe Fish4dogs products are very good quality BUT the prices are not very competitive. Yes, fish is a very good food for dogs but a number of other pet food manufacturers have upped their game in terms of non-fish-based nutritional content and quality, especially in hypoallergenic varieties - and they are marketed at significantly lower prices per kilo than Fish4dogs products. Savvy dog owners read pet food manufacturers food "analysis" printed on the packaging enabling them to compare "quality" and "feeding benefits". Once they've established a bench mark in their minds, they then look for the best deal - and that, I'm sorry to say, is not necessarily Fish4dogs products - unless they are doing a monster promotional discount. So come on you guys at Fish4dogs, sharpen up your competitiveness.”

“my 3 minature schnauzers love the sea jerky sticks and have had them for several years, but there seem to be less of them since they have been delivered in the sealed packs rather than in one bulk bag.This may be because they are slightly bigger, but they don't seem such good value now.”
