“I started buying the Fish4cats range here due to the brilliant prices, offers and free delivery. It would be really useful with the 40 multipack offer to be able to choose the flavours as I have a fussy cat - ie have a ‘buy ANY 40 tins for £39.00’ offer, otherwise this is quite restrictive. Delivery instructions aren’t followed ie please leave in garage - but this seems the norm these days with the ‘dump and run’ system.”

“Great quality and so good for my spaniel who has a lot of tummy sensitivity and allergies. He loves every product we’ve bought so far (which is a lot as it’s our main source for treats and chews)”

“I contacted your company last week as I did not receive my order. The delivery driver left my package at the wrong address. I pointed out to your colleague that the photo you had was not of my house. Needless to say, when I went to the address on the photo it was not there.”

“We buy the salmon mousse, my dog loves it, but the packaging was changed from pouches to tins and they are more expensive now, so we’ve had to cut back.”

Good morning Catherine, Thank you for your feedback. We are dissapointed to hear you are unhappy with the new packaging. As a company, Fish4Pets are working tirelssly to be as environmentally friendly as popssible and further improve our footprint. This change from pouches to tins provides more eco friendly recyclable packaging. In addition, this transition to tins provides a better storage option with stackable tins taking up less space in your cupboard. We would be hapy to discuss this further with you should you wish, please contact us on customerservice@fish4dogs.com or via 01299252352. Kind regards, Fish4Pets team.
