“Quick, efficient service. Goods arrived quickly.The pictures are rather misleading and unless you are very familiar with things sized in millimeters it's tricky to gauge what size you need. I bought entirely the wrong size going by the magnets I already had and ended up with microscopic ones!”

Firstly, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. For our images we do provide a scale image either on a finger or next to a £1 coin to provide further clarity on from the mm measurements. I can see the magnets you purchased were 2mm in size and are scaled next to a £1 coin to show their small size. Our team are happy to discuss your requirements with you to ensure you have the right size, but this would be based on having some measurements so we can suggest the right magnets.

“This was the second time I used this company to obtain small magnets the first time I made a mistake of overtighting the screw holding the magnet and it snaped in half. I found out that you cannot just put the two halves together as they repel each other. There was no warning that the magnets are brittle and would break if overtighted or that they were put back together. Even with two broken halves I still could use one half to finish the project. This time I have purchase thicker magnets. So should not have a problem.
The item I ordered arrived the same day as stated on the invoice and yes I will use this company again should I need to purchase more magnets.”
