“No problem with the magnets. Problems with the use of dpd as a courier. They managed not to send the package when they said that they would. They also confirmed that, if they had delivered it to my house, they would simply have taken a photo and run away. This is NOT acceptable practice. I had it delivered to the shop instead - later than it should have been delivered. Still not very good. Hence the low rating. I recommend you change couriers.”

“While the delivery was fast and efficient, I found the magnetic catches to be less strong than expected. Unfortunately, this meant I had to opt for a different design to meet my needs.
Additionally, it would have been helpful if screws were included—especially for the flat plate side—as this added extra time and cost to the installation process.
Overall, the service was good, but the product did not meet expectations in terms of strength and completeness.”

“Unimpressed by these magnet compatible discs. The issue is that the 3m pressure sensitive adhesive is so weak that the magnets are stronger than the adhesive, meaning everytime you detach the magnets the adhesive comes away.
My solution is to replace the 3m adhesive with a stronger adhesive tape.”

“Initially I thought they were great because the website looked gret, and they responded to my email asking for advice on what to buy quickly. But, the advice bad, the itmes I bought didn;t do what I needed them to do. When I went back to try to understand what had gone wrong, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered more magnets as advised, but that still didn't hold! Now, after spending £50 my kitchen project still doesn't work and I have a tonne of magnets I can't use. Unable to return to products they suggested I should buy because I've opened them. So unless you know exactly what you need I would avoid.”
