“I bought some excellent magnetic hooks a while back but recently I needed some more. I ordered the same item again expecting an identical product but it had changed. The ones delivered were not as "white" as those originally supplied and the hook opening was slightly narrower. Still worked so I kept them.”

“Original rating was 3 stars. Wrote this: The magnets are great but I paid extra for next delivery on a Friday and the parcel didn't arrive until Monday. Even then, the DPD driver didn't knock. Just put a card through the door.
You're only as good as the service providers you choose to use.
PS. New rating = 4 stars. Adjusted to reflect the excellent customer service following me posting the original review. Refunded postage costs without me asking and emailed a couple of times to check all was in order. Impressive.”
