Some of the magnets disintegrated without using any force even when I was trying to slide them apart from the stack.

Item arrived OK but I was VERY nonpulsed to, a week later, receive a $20.00 shipping bill from Fed EX as the shipping said it was comming USPS

Delivery was quick but some magnets were broken in pieces and when fitting all the others kept breaking I think I got 4 pairs out of 10. Very disappointed

The magnets I ordered do not magnetise on the same board that all the others I have, do magnetise. What should I do ?

We are sorry the magnets you ordered were not strong enough for your application. The magnets you ordered are ferrite disc magnets, also known as ceramic magnets. They are magnetised with their north and south poles on their opposite flat faces. Ferrite magnets have a high resistance to corrosion and demagnetisation and their great advantage is that they can operate in temperatures of up to 180 degrees Celsius. These magnets are ideal for craft making, model making and other non-technical applications where a really strong magnet is not necessary.
