“I love magnets. They arrive quickly from first4magnets. They are not cheap but they are magic. But I hate the plastic boxes and bags they come in - I dont think they are compostible. We have posted them back to first4magnets. Please change your packaging!”

“Hi. The parcel arrived quicker than I expected and it was well packaged, so no complaints there. However; I soon found out that the small bar magnets are quite fragile, I broke three while trying to release from a piece of metal. I think it would be a good idea to include a warning about not trying to pull them sideways, preferably pushing them from the ends so as not to put undue pressure along the side length. Apart from that little glitch I am happy with them. I do think they are more suitable for installation where they are housed in some kind of casing rather than without, as in my case.”

“Dealing with your company is very good but unfortunately being in Ireland my last order incurred a Fedex charge of Euro 73.82 - on top of your cost which makes it very expensive - This is a pity as your range and products are very good. But it does price you out of a lot of our optons”
