“Service was fine. Next day delivery if memory serves. Only issue I would have is the general lack of stock which meant I had to buy something different from what i wanted, though it was still ok for the purpose. I'm aware that a lot of shops are having supply chain issues due to the Chinese virus.”
“Good but slow delivery Good value and as described, however, did not arrive in the expected 3 days. Contacted the supplier, who was helpful, and was told to allow 10 working days. Finally arrived nearly two weeks after order, although this could possibly be due to the carrier (Royal Mail)”

“Very straight-forward as far as the transaction went: I ordered, I paid and the goods turned up in a couple of days. Can't really fault them on that aspect, nor the treatment I received when I made a query through their website -- the reply was prompt, even though my question was asked on a Sunday, and the answer courteous. The only real "complaint" I have about this company is a lack of flexibility in their stock: they seem to be primarily focused on the industrial and/or organisational user, so most things are only available in bulk. As an individual who neither needs nor could use so much of their products, it was disappointing, and rather wasteful, to have to over-buy in order to get what I wanted. In a way, I would like to have given this business more than I did -- 4.7 out of 5, perhaps. I suppose I am not their typical customer, but they did have what I was looking for -- just a lot of it.”
