“Purchasing a specialist magnet is not an every week occurrence so I was pleased to have the opportunity to shop here. I wanted a magnet to detect nails in floorboards before I sanded them. In my ignorance I did not realise what the options were. i found out out they were considerable. For this reason alone visiting the company's website is worthwhile, fascinating and extremely informative. You wil almost certainly find a product you might need but you did not know existed. Before purchase I needed some advice which was freely given via email. I also needed some additional advice which was given over the phone. All advice was relevant, helpful and cognisant of my needs. I had not appreciated that specialist magnets might constitute a health and safety hazard such as if you have a pacemaker fitted. This was explained in the documentation. That said I would have liked to have had the magnet in a container which had a safety catch so as to prevent it being used by children. I would also have liked a little more guidance about storage in a domestic environment.”
