I do not understand why you are asking if I was pleased to receive the order, as I have not yet received it.
On August 24th, I received an email from you stating that order WEB1018547-786 had been dispatched for delivery.
I have not received any notification stating that the order has been delivered, and I wish to reiterate that it has not been delivered.

Having looked further into the tracking for your order, unfortunately, the courier was unable to complete the delivery and, according to their latest update yesterday, the parcel has subsequently been marked as “Return to Sender”.

“Unfortunately I got the measurements wrong so the window was too large to fit. Entirely my fault as I got completely confused about the amount of space to leave around the window...guidance was confusing for me as talked about so many millimetres or was it centimetres then allow for something else. As I say, my fault but guidance could be a lot similar. Eg if window width is say 100cm, deduct 2 cm in total so size should be 98cms.
As the window was quite large, it couldn't use magnets so should have gone elsewhere really and would also say the whole thing did not feel like it should have cost £250 as thin and flimsy.
Service and delivery was great, so thank you. Unfortunately it had to go to the tip but I've learnt from the mistake on my part!”

“Very impressed with company. Initially out of stock, informed when they available and I then bought 4 (prompt delivery) to hold down windscreen cover on my motor home, not yet tested but 8kg grab should be fine. My error didn't realise they came in pairs. Support via on line, absolutely brilliant, very prompt, helpful. Brilliant.
Only given 4 stars as the machined screws don't seem to fit the threaded holes. Will need to look elsewhere.”
