They arrived on time.
I love the safe packaging that protect the strong magnets from damage, or causing damage to other things or persons.
I reuse the sturdy plastic containers”

“The magnetic strength is poor compared to the purchase I made later from Amazon. The magnetic ring cracks on light tightening of the pothole magnets. I'd advise looking to buy elsewhere. I bought from this company years ago without issue and quality isn't there.”
Hi Matthew,
We’re sorry to hear that you’ve had an issue with these magnets, and thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback.
We’d like to understand a little more about how these magnets have been fixed in place, particularly given the cracking shown in the photograph.
The fixing hole is counterbored so that the fixing bears against the steel pot rather than the magnet itself. When installed with a suitable fixing, there shouldn’t be any direct impact or tightening force applied to the magnetic ring.
We will be in touch to discuss this further and better understand how the magnets were installed and what may have caused the damage shown.
We’d also be happy to look into your comments regarding the magnetic strength and check the specification of the magnets supplied.
Kind Regards,
FIRST4MAGNETS®
“Bought some small magnets to fix down edges of an outer cover on our campervan. Although small, the magnets have a good pull and are just the job. Prompt delivery.”

“Two songs spring to mind when I think of my experience with First4magnets. Tina Turner " simply the best" and Lionel Richie, "stuck on you"
Simply the best as you just can't get a better service anywhere and Stuck on you alone you buy from Fist4magnets you won't even look anywhere else. I'll finish with an Elvis impersonation, "Thank you very much ".”
Hi there,
Thank you for the five-star review. We’re thrilled that you enjoy the experience with First4Magnets- as well as our service. We appreciate your recommendation and kind review- and thoroughly look forward to assisting you again in the future.

Hi Claire,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the magnets haven’t met your expectations.
This particular top-hat magnet is designed for specialist applications where its shape allows it to be recessed or located into an assembly, rather than for holding items such as paper. Its stated pull strength relates to its performance when used in the appropriate configuration and conditions.
We’ll be in touch with you directly to better understand your intended application and help find a suitable resolution.
Kind Regards,
FIRST4MAGNETS®

“The delivery and packaging were good.
However, the 15.0mm diameter magnet with a 1.2kg pull was not so impressive. Using two magnets they would bearly hold 340gms.!!”
Hi there,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear you were happy with the speed of delivery and packaging.
We’re sorry to hear the magnets didn’t meet your expectations in terms of holding strength. Please be assured, a member of our team will be in touch to discuss this with you and understand your application and if they are being used in a sheer position.
