“I made an error in ordering and phoned them immediately after placing the order and the error was rectified at once with no fuss or bother. The order arrived on time as stated. securely packaged and although the box was damaged by the courier, the contents were perfectly fine. Thank you”

“easy to order from, quick delivery even quicker if you want to pay more. all packed securely and labeled correctly.. only trouble I had was two magnets shattered after trying to pry them apart and fell onto kitchen lino....”

“Had a very weak magnet along the length of a new shower door. Firstly, who would have thought to look at a magnet specialist store? Secondly, when you do the method of searching was so intuitive, threw up options I hadn’t considered (or knew existed) and ended up with magnet on a roll and tight seal on the shower. Delivered in a couple of days - great experience and wouldn’t hesitate to come again. Nice one - a niche I didn’t know I needed but loads of ideas.”
