Thank you for taking the time to feedback to us. Investigating this further, unfortunately, Royal Mail has been unable to deliver your parcel because the delivery address is incomplete. The address submitted at checkout is missing the house/building number or flat number/building name, so Royal Mail couldn't identify the correct delivery address.

“I like the wide selection of magnets. I have found exactly what I needed. But it was not simple. There is a search tool, but it needs improvements.
The delivery was quite fast (to France), taxes and feeds for export were not included, this is bit disappointing. Magnets that I import from China do not require any additional import duties.”

“Easy to use web site. What I ordered was exactly what I wanted. Very pleased with product and fast delivery time. I stuck magnetic tape to the backs of my gouache paint pans so that I can take a selection out, safely stuck to a metal paint tin. The tape is thin enough so I can continue to store paint pans in original box. Can make a different selection each time I go to paint outside. Thank you all.”
