“Great customer service when called to find out what magnet would best suit my needs, but disappointed to find 1 of the magnets chipped almost immediately in my hand when separating them.”
Hi Dan,
Thank you for taking the time to feedback to us. We're pleased you were happy with the customer service, but we are sorry to hear one of the magnets chipped - Neodymium magnets by their nature are brittle and can chip if allowed to jump together. Please be assured, a member of our team will be in touch to resolve this with you.
Kind Regards,
FIRST4MAGNETS®
