“An excellent experience from start to finish!
I first had a few queries and I contacted First 4 Magnets Customer Services.
The lady agent was very pleasant and most helpful and she answered my queries perfectly.
I then placed the order on their website.
The online form was very easy to navigate and complete and to securely process the payment.
My order was despatched some 3 hours later for delivery the following day.
I had entered my mobile number when placing my order and I received a text message on delivery day giving the precise time (a one hour slot) for delivery.
The courier was DPD and my order was delivered promptly as stated in the text.
The DPD agent was very pleasant and professional and a pleasure to deal with when handing me my order.
Very pleased with the products and I would definitely order from First 4 Magnets again.
All in all an excellent experience throughout and I would definitely recommend First 4 Magnets and their selection of DPD as the courier. Thank you!!”

“Very powerful, delivered as promised. My wife had dropped a fork between decking. Don’t ask me how but it was one in a million chance. I attached the magnet to an Alan key attached to string and set about ‘fishing’. Within less than 30 seconds strength of magnet clung to fork and hey ho !!! Goods days fishing and worth every penny to use for problem solving. Delighted a company is trading a product that fits the bill.”

“First 4 Magnets has a great range and an easy to use website. I ordered 2 rubber coated neodymium magnets with countersunk centre holes to use with a telescope counterweight I have made. They were delivered promptly and very well packed.
