“Excellent service throughout the entire process. Simple and painless to get this sorted and in a short time-frame as I was getting rid of my current car at the end of the month. The initial sales contact from Duncan was excellent. He made everything very clear, including all the options open to me and responsibilities on myself and FVL. I then received great support from Siobhan in the customer care team. She assisted me when there was an issue with the third party's portal for signing the documents.”
