“I would like to give some positive feedback on our customer experience from FVL. Right from the start your customer support manager, Craig, was very helpful in addressing our needs and directing us through the ordering process in a very friendly, supportive and timely fashion. We genuinely felt FVL were there to meet our needs. We would definitely come back to you again and recommend your business to our friends. We have had the car for a few days now (Vauxhall Mokka X) and it’s just what we wanted. Great customer service all round. Much appreciated.”

“I want to take the time to praise FVL even though (and especially because) my circumstances changed at the very last minute and I didn't take a car in the end. John's customer service, attention to detail, helpfulness and general attitude was just perfect right the way through. Even when I had to tell him I'd got a new work contract abroad and would not be taking the vehicle after all, he congratulated me, understood that I would not be taking the vehicle and wished me the best. I will 100% recommend FVL to anyone leasing a car and will also use them again myself when I'm back in the UK.”

“This is the second time I have used First Vehicle Leasing and both times service has been excellent, Alan is so patient, every time I asked for options to be changed it was never a problem, very nice person to deal with. You are reguraly advised as to the delivery status of your vehicle, everything went smooth with my last vehicle arrival. I can thoroughly recommend First Vehicle Leasing if its first class quality service and exceptional customer care which you are after. Thank you all for a wonderful service - Tony”

“Brilliant customer service from start to finish and prices that beat the Car dealership AND other leasing companies I contacted. Hard to imagine going anywhere else now. “Just taken delivery of my Mercedes C Class Coupe. Brilliant customer service from Ross who was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Helpful, informative and went out his way to sort me out and answer my 102829 questions! Competitive pricing, delivery way quicker than expected and overall a very pleasant process.
