“We started working with Firetext in August 2015. Right from our initial enquiry we have received excellent customer service and always receive a very quick response to any queries that we raise. Setting the account up was simple and we love the fact that there is no contract or minimum period to adhere to. We have received some excellent feedback from our guests who really appreciate receiving useful and relevant information both before and after their stay.”

“Firetext is great! Simple, easy to use and efficient for any sized business. They deliver what they promise coupled with a user friendly customer support team. The portal does much more than send text messages, it also delivers analytics and success rate delivery analysis report. Using the service has allowed us to benefit by allowing us to go that extra mile by adding that personal touch to our clientele. “I have been really pleased with the service from firetext. I used this to do promotions for my beauty business , and i have had great response from clients. The staff have been really patient and helpful as im not the best tech wise! They explained things well so the process was easy to follow”

“I was searching for a means by which I could, using specific words within a text message, ensure that the text in question would elicit a specific textual response. When I came across FireText I had no idea whether or not it would be what I was looking for. However, it turned out to be perfect. It is very easy to use, economical and the support that I received throughout the initial stages of getting to understand how FireText worked was excellent. I would recommend it very highly.”

“Having tried and failed to use another online SMS platform first I was thrilled how easy it is to use Firextext - even for a techno-phobe like me! I had a couple of minor hiccups at the beginning but the customer support team were easy - and free of charge-to get hold of and they dealt with my issue extremely quickly and efficiently. They were very helpful and friendly, so not only did everything get sorted very quickly it also made me feel very confident that if I had any queries at all I would get the support that I need. Would highly recommend Firetext.”

“I made my initial contact with Fire Text not knowing what or how I was going to create and send a text message to Gas Installers in the South of Ireland. I got speaking to a very helpful and well mannered young lady called Lily Badger, from the moment I spoke to Lily she left me feeling at ease and the panic left me. I'm heavily involved in he launch of a new branch in the South of Ireland and promoting it has been hard work. I knew having the tool of a text message would greatly help in this journey. Lily I have to say has been a tremendous support to me and has guided me on ever aspect of this unknown territory, she talked me through everything I needed to do and never left me feeling unsure. The service I have received from this company has been second to none but more importantly Lily is a true asset to your business. “Recently I have used FireText to trial a SMS marketing campaign. From set up to delivery I found the system easy to use. The team in particular at Firetext were incredibly supportive and helped us to create our campaign. Using the online chat facility makes it easy to co-ordinate campaigns with the help of FireText. Our campaigns have been sent and we have gained 5 leads so far. A very cost effective marketing method with over 95% read rate. A no brainer for any B2B or B2C business looking to engage with clients.”
