“I have been using Firetext for nearly three years. In that time I have found their staff to be very approachable and helpful. Their platform is easy to use for sending bulk text messages and monitoring numbers that are no longer in use. This helps me to clean up my database and save money. Their rates are keen but not the cheapest out there. This is balanced by the customer service, platform and reliability of texts being received without delays.
