“We have used Firetext for a number of years to email customers about our warehouse clearance events. Our experience has been fantastic and could not fault their service. Our account manager is always on hand should we have any questions. Their website is easy to use and update content.”

“I have been using Firetext for nearly three years. In that time I have found their staff to be very approachable and helpful. Their platform is easy to use for sending bulk text messages and monitoring numbers that are no longer in use. This helps me to clean up my database and save money. Their rates are keen but not the cheapest out there. This is balanced by the customer service, platform and reliability of texts being received without delays.
