“I recently left a review complaining about ordering 4 x mystery boxes for Xmas and they all turned out to be the same contents. (Hardly a mystery after the first 2 boxes were opened). Disappointed as I was, I thought no more about it. However, the thoroughly decent people at Firebox actually read my review and got in touch. I have now been refunded for 2 of the boxes, (all done within 24Hrs too) without having to send anything back. I shall certainly be using Firebox again ( I was always going to, just don't tell them that) its great for funky and weird gifts.”

“I ordered a Valentine's mystery box for my husband and it was brilliant, a really fab mixture of gifts, well worth the money and my husband thought they were all brilliant. Arrived quite quickly and well packaged.”
