“Product never delivered. Chased up twice, no response from Firebox. Still no response to date and no indication of a refund of original order. Avoid if possible”

“So pleased with my order and service received. Unfortunately my order did arrive damaged but emailed firebox who replied immediately and sent out a new mushroom incense burner which arrived very quickly and with no damage. Ilthe incense burner is really cute. Very satisfied”
