“Just received delivery of a 2kg CO² extinguisher , and it's dated 03 / 2024. That's over a year old. This is supposed to be a brand new extinguisher.”

“Recently purchased a Fire Blanket which was described online as being Commander brand. Photos and technical data sheets showed Commander brand. Actual fire blanket was branded something else. Dishonest business practice.”

“The extinguisher it self is fine, however the outlet has a fitting that excepts hose but nothing was supplied in the box. The packaging wasn't really up to shipping as it was only in a single layer cardboard. When it was delivered the box was already damaged.”
