“Just received delivery of a 2kg CO² extinguisher , and it's dated 03 / 2024. That's over a year old. This is supposed to be a brand new extinguisher.”

“Recently purchased a Fire Blanket which was described online as being Commander brand. Photos and technical data sheets showed Commander brand. Actual fire blanket was branded something else. Dishonest business practice.”

Hi Colin, Thanks for taking the time to leave this review. We have looked into this situation internally to see what happened here. This delivery was due to be delivered today however you got in touch to ask for this to be cancelled yesterday, I confirmed on the same day that the order had been cancelled as they requested.
