“Not happy. Sent pictures and e mails to explain why. No acknowledgement. Staff; uhelpful when I managed to find a tel no. 5 stars however to Sonia who finally secured me an invoice. DX are an appalling courier.”

“The online ordering process was good, the delivery timing was good but unfortunately the items ordered were delivered to the billing address and not the specified delivery address, fortunately there was someone there to accept it but it meant having to make an unneccesary journey to collect the order.”

“I havnt received the 4 extinguishers I ordered. I have received tracking info which shows them sat in a warehouse. I have requested a refund and heard absolutely nothing from the seller.”

“Good website where I was able to find what I wanted and at a reasonible price too. The items were delivered within a couple of days, which was great. There was a very helpful voice on the end of the phone when I phoned for advice - great job. Good service all round.”
